The following video (taken from YouTube) was something that we watched at my Mindfulness Field Study last week. I've been searching for the url since I first saw it, and Mads sent it to me today. The video is called Moments and it is 4 minutes long. I found it to be very moving and very powerful.
If you choose to watch it (as I hope you do), prime yourself by thinking about the concept of mindfulness (being aware of and living in the moment) and the power of the moment. Stick with the video (even if it seems slow right at the start). Enjoy! And let me know what you think.
